Mag Stream™, Power Stream™, Ultra Fast™ & Switch Wallet & LBT Furniture Warranty

Coverage Duration & Details:

• Coverage varies by model. The products are covered for 1-2 year(s) period, while some of have a *Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• Refer to the Warranty Timeline Chart below or the product packaging for specific model details.
• Mag Stream™, Power Stream™, Ultra Fast™ included car chargers, wall chargers, wireless chargers, and power banks. (cables not included)

Claim Process:

• Provide a receipt indicating the item name and purchase date.
• Submit a video/picture of the defective product.
• Complete and submit the form for Mag Stream™, Power Stream™, Ultra Fast™/Switch Wallet /LBT Furniture Warranty
• There is no need to return the product, unless our support team reaches you out if needed.
• We will process your request once we have received your submission.

Cables Warranty

Coverage Details:

• The warranty covers fraying of the knitted cable, the cable ceasing to charge, and damage to connectors.

Claim Process:

• Submit the form for All Other Accessories Warranty.
• Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer.
• Ship the defective product, along with all its contents, your name, and email address to the following address:

• A replacement will be shipped out upon receipt of the defective product and confirmation will be sent via email.

Screen Protector Warranty

Coverage Duration:

• All screen protectors are covered by a *Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Claim Process:

• Submit the form for Screen Protectors Warranty.
• There is no need to return the product, unless our support team reaches you out if needed.
• There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax.
• After submission, you will be redirected to the 'Screen Protector Warranty' page.
• Ensure to select the correct phone model from the drop-down menu to avoid ordering errors. LBT Store is not responsible for incorrect orders.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Order confirmation and delivery status will be sent after payment is received.

Limitations On Warranty

Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device/s as a result of the use of any LBT Store product. Our warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBT Store is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the LBT Store product.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Wear-and-tear: deterioration or any defects resulting from normal aging, scratches, abrasions, and other marks due to natural wear-and-tear.
• Items that have expired their warranty period.
• Items that discontinued.
• Products without proof of purchase.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Repairs done through third parties.
• No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) are covered by our warranty.
• Damage from external sources or misuse (including falls, extreme temperatures, liquids, improper operation).
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

General Terms

• Dispute Resolution:
  Should a dispute arise regarding our replacement policies, the final decision lies at the discretion of Libratel Inc. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and efficiently.
• Modifications to Warranty Terms:
  LBT Store reserves the right to modify the warranty terms and conditions periodically.
